ロンドンで傘ぽん / Kasapon at National Maritime Museum

グリニッジの海洋軍事博物館(National Maritime Museum)に行った時のこと。
以下の写真のものが入口に置いてありました。
傘ぽん！！
（しかも日本語表記）
思わず写真を撮ってしまいました。
日本人にはおなじみで、デパートなどにありますよね。
手を濡らさずに雨傘をビニールに入れることが出来るスグレモノ。
イギリスで見かけるなんて思ってもいませんでした。
でもちょっと疑問が。
誰が使うんだろう。
基本的にイギリス人は雨が降っていても傘をさしません。
さすとしたら折りたたみ傘。
天気が変わりやすいので1・2時間ですぐに雨は止みますし、そうなると長傘を持ち歩くのがうっとうしくなるからだと思われます。
どの位の頻度で傘ぽんが利用されているのか知りたいところです。

Supermarkets and department stores in Japan are introducing this popular product to avoid floors make wet and slippy.
However one question came to my mind.
Who uses this product in the UK??
As long as I know, British people basically don't bring umbrellas with them when it is raining.
Some people use folding umbrellas, but this Kasapon is unsuitable for those.
I really want to know how often people use Kasapon at this museum.
